By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

:star: HOW TO COMMISSION ME?

Easy! Beforehand, you have to see if my commissions are open and if there are available slots. It would be a shame if I have to refuse it.

1. Send me a note telling me which commission you want to order (and any additional character/prop/pet you want to add). I will reserve a slot for you.
2. By note, I will give you a commission form you have to fill with your character's info. I also expect pictures, be it for originals or for fanarts. I will also give you my paypal account for the payment and the final price.
3. You have 3 days to send me back the filled form and make the payment. So be sure to have some cash on your account ;) By sending me the filled form, you agree on the price I ask you.

:bulletblue: The time of drawing may vary. If I lack inspiration, I'll have difficulties to draw and the commission will take more time than usual. I'll try to stick to 4-5 days per commission.

:bulletblue: I'll update your status on my journal. Come back anytime to check your status on the list and if the commission before yours are finished or not.

:bulletblue: You can ask for a refund before I send you the sketch. I will modify any details you don't like. If you're not satisfied with the sketch altogether, you can cancel your commission and get a 50% refund. Once I have started or finished colouring, there will be no refunds.

:star: TERMS (Last updated 18th June 2014)

:bulletblue: COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to any art accounts or websites I would like, as well as use it for portfolios, art CDs, or books should I desire. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use. This does not mean you own the rights to the image.  You are allowed to post your commission in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You may also use it for anything personal, such as printing it for yourself, using it as a personal tattoo, or as a graphic in a personal website or blog layout. When using it on a website or blog, I must be visibly credited. Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited, as I still retain the rights to it. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it. If you wish to obtain the rights to the image, as well, it can be discussed before I begin working on your commission as it will need my permission in writing.

:bulletblue: Paypal will be the only means of payment, I won't accept anything else. Payment will be in Euros. If you want to know the prices in USD, please use a converter.

:bulletblue: I can draw original characters, fanarts, heterosexual and homosexual pairings and Disney characters (a copyright will be integrated to the drawings. The rights of the character belong to Disney).

:bulletblue: I can't draw sex, obscenity, nude, furries, mecha, armos, complicated weapons, religious subkects, etc. If you are unsure of what I can and can't draw, feel free to message me.

I won't draw anything I'm not comfortable with.

:bulletblue: Style: I will draw in my own style, including fanarts. I will not imitate other artists' style, so check my gallery to see what kind of drawing you will receive.

:bulletblue: I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

:bulletblue: Changes: Minor changes are perfectly acceptable in the sketch stage. Excessive changes, however, will result in a fee. Once the sketch is approved, no further revisions will be made past that point. The only exception on changes past the sketch stage is if I personally make a mistake (with colors, a missed item, missed marking, crooked lines, member too big/too small, etc.). Deciding you want a completely new pose or character after seeing the sketch will count as a resketch and will be charged.

If you are not sure if something would be considered minor or major in changes, please ask.

:bulletblue: Deadlines: If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know in your initial request. Deadlines over 4 days from the initial request will not be charged for. Deadlines under 4 days from the request, though, will be charged an extra 20% of the commission total.
